Learn how to move with your body instead of against it. By going with your body’s natural alignment the prana will flow through you without blocks stopping it.
In this workshop we will explore keys in basic asanas, with a particular focus on alignment and breathing, building a solid foundation from which to progress and get the most out of your practice.
