Adam teaches with nearly 20 years of experience and as a student who completed the 3rd series with Sharath in Mysore. He teaches with experience, technique, compassion and enthusiasm. His priority is for practitioners to have a safe and enjoyable practice and progress with awareness, his adjustments are very light and indicative of a direction for the body.
1.00pm – 3.00pm: Jump Back & Jump Through
The elusive lift-off is magical when it happens, yet why doesn’t it always happen that easily, or, even for many of us, how could it even be possible?!
Well, regardless of where you’re currently at with this movement, a clear method and structure will be suggested for you to advance with this.
During your daily practice everything happens so fast, so it’s especially useful to break it down in order to look at what it is we need to think about, work on strengthen and lengthen.
Taking control of your progress other than simply praying to gain more bandha, we will consider what this actually means on a practical level, and how it’s not just about having a strong abdomen. It’s also about technique, flexibility and breath control.
Come prepared to learn and laugh. All levels are welcome and will benefit.
